A healthy lifestyle also involves getting lots of exercise and fresh air.
Worskspace: Choose a calm place where you may study and finish your task. Keep your workspace free of clutter and anything else that might distract you from the task at hand, including your phone. Find something that will allow you to keep track of your time and schedule. It makes no difference whether you select a smartphone app. Choose the one that best suits you.
