How Do I Contact Facebook Regarding My Facebook Account Problems and Related Tech Issues

There are many different channels and proper ways to contact Facebook support, some of the ways will be more efficient than others.

You cannot contact facebook directly and it can be difficult, as the Facebook Company does not provide you option for a phone calls for customer support.

There are a too many of emails to which you can drop your queries, questions or your account issues, but the responses of these messages can be late, very slow and aren't assured to come reply, either.

A customer can find the platform’s own Help Centre to send or drop messages to facebook executives can be the most efficient and reliable way to connect with the company executives to report an issue.

Don't trying to call Facebook as its not allowed so far!

If you dial either of the any of the phone numbers you'll easily find easily on google or any other social media mega platform via online search, you'll get a recording. It will communicate you through a series of menus, each option of which will in the end direct you to send an email to an appropriate account. These included [email protected] for media inquiries and [email protected] especially for law enforcement concerns.

If you require to contact  facebook, you'll require first to log into your facebook account. After the login you look up at the top of the right corner of the account screen. There, you'll find a little question mark inside a darken circle. Now just click on it and after it from the dropdown menu, select "Report a Problem."

Another menu will come on to screen under pop up that offers four clickable options. These are given below:

·        General Feedback

·        Something Isn't Working

·        Payment Issue

·        Abusive Content

If you are reporting facebook hate speech or a kind of the problem with your facebook account like, difficulty on uploading pictures, you'll find then where to go. ("Abusive Content" for the hate, "Something Isn't Working" for the upload issue, e.g.). But for more general customer service inquiries Facebook is rather inscrutable.

You can choose for sending a message through the "General Feedback" link, but the this facebook company  clear s you that won't necessarily receive  a reply of your message, stating: "Though its clear that we can't review or respond to every report, we do also follow the process of feedback like yours to improve customer experience of  the Facebook."

Your best bet may be to do an end run around the folks from Facebook itself, and instead go to the Help Community and asking other platform users like yourself.

Ask a question to the Facebook Help Community

From any Facebook account page, you can again click the question mark which is coming at the top right of the page and at the top of the dropdown menu you will find  the words "Help Center." Go there and Click there.

On the Help Center page, scroll down as far as you can. On the left near the bottom of the page, click "Visit Help Community."

You will be taken to a page where many questions have already been solved and given step by step answers, but where you can also have option to post your own question. At the top right of the Help Community page is a gray box with the words "Ask a Question."

Hit this link. On the next page, you may choose the right Topic or Sub-Topic, then type your real question. Now it's time for some waiting. Regardless of where you posted your query, you can go to your "Support Inbox" from the menu that drops down from that same question mark to see if anyone, be it a helpful community member or actual staffer, has decided to give you a hand.

Use Direct Email Addresses

Additionally, there are some email ids that you can use for contacting Facebook support. The majority of the submission of messages, you’ll get an immediate reply from an auto responder or auto reply, but many of times you may also get a real response from a Facebook consultant executive as a follow up.
