If we compare, Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight which was a huge success in the box office, and Christian Bale has done a tremendous job as well. Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight made $158 million of record in its first week which is too good. If we look at the data of DC films that all movie has done well at the box office in its first week like 2012 The Dark Knight Rises has collected $160 in its first week, Zack Snyder's Batman versus Superman Dawn of Justice had collected $166 million in 2016 in its first opening week and 2019 Todd Phillips Joker movie managed to earn $100 million in its first week.
