In this home renovation show, the host starts from scratch, without saying I don't know what to do they say, there is lot to learn. The great designer Keith Bynun in the show along with Evan Thomas buys an old house at low rate and turns the house into nice one. The main goal is there is to renovate a house at one time. Evan Thomas is a very good carpenter, so when they buy old and damaged house they keep in mind is to minimize cost as much as they can by using low cost materials, cheap labour, buying second goods instead of new one and they do lots of DIYs and then they sell the house in low prices to the needy people with put making any profits. The happiness on the faces of the buyers makes them happy and motivated.

After the idea of doing buines, bynun do some research on the market and then decided to set up the business in Detroit country, after coming to the county they have no idea how people will react about their ideas of renovating house, but other than this the people were very exciting about the idea, specially the neighbors of Bynun were very happy.
